Fungi are diverse and widespread. They’ve managed to colonise almost every habitat on earth. Where do we begin to get to know them and how do we differentiate one from another?
During Mycology May, Local Land Services and Central Tablelands Regional Landcare Network have a selection of events available to build your skills in identification, photography and use of Citizen Science apps.
Workshops are interactive and engaging learning experiences around a large specimen display curated by ecologist and professional photographer Alison Pouliot sharing her vast knowledge of fungi, tips for out in the field and all linked with stories of fungi from around the world.
