The Chris Weaver Memorial Day featured 12 players in a two-person Ambrose, sponsored by Max and Jeff Haley, Chuck and Kylie Lawrence, Jenny Weaver, and Des McDonald. Tony Beath and John James took the win, while Brian Moon and Brit Gibby finished as runners-up. Chuck Lawrence won the men’s longest drive, and Helen McSpadden secured the ladies’ longest drive.
Upcoming at the Golfie is the Melbourne Cup Calcutta on Monday, November 4th, at 6pm sharp, with more details to come next week. Don’t forget the members’ draw and raffles on Saturday night starting at 6pm.
