On Saturday, men’s golf had the first round of club championships. Thanks to Len Hamilton for sponsoring the event. Winner of the day was Charlie Lawrence with 82 nett 71. Runner up was Byron Cummings with 91 nett 72, C/B from Ross Noble and Don Taylor.
On Sunday, there was a second round of club championships. Thanks to Steve Campbell for sponsoring the event. Winner of the day was Don Taylor with 88 nett 72. Runner up was John Cousins with 92 nett 73.
Next Saturday is the third round, with the final round on Sunday. Thanks to the boys who came to the working bee and did some mowing through the week.
