The Canowindra number 6’s have advanced to the Zone 4 Playoff. The 6’s had a solid win over Orange City Club, with 71/55 shots on the master board. This result gave them a 9 points to 1 points win. Canowindra finished all the rounds on 47 points, Millthorpe on 40 points, Orange City 29 points, and Eugowra 4 points.
The Canowindra number 7’s had a tough day at home against Cowra. Cowra won the master board 70/54 , giving Cowra a 9 point to 1 point victory. Cowra 46.5 points, Forbes 41.5 points, Canowindra 19 points, Woodstock 13 points.
We convey our thanks to all players who made themselves available to play the pennants rounds. Thank you also to Sharon and her team for a great job catering for the home games. Also thanks to our master board attendants for keeping scores up to date during the games.
