Last Saturday The Fuzz Thompson Memorial Triples Day was held where 18 teams competed and everyone had an enjoyable day. The winners on the day was the Grenfell team of Blake and Barry Bradke and Peter Mead. The runners up was Johnny Joyce’s team also from Grenfell. The semifinals runners up were the team of Richard Fitzgerald, Peter Taylor and Roger Traves and the team of Phil and Brent Lees and Arch. Round winners were the team of Westy, Crowy and Tony, the team of Harry, Jack, Ben and Andrew Armstrong’s team from Grenfell.
Thanks to Leanne Stevenson and Betty Jenkins and their helpers for preparing and serving up a barbecue lunch.
Last Sunday a Minor Singles match was played with Brad Bourke against Nigel Knight, Bourkey was able to win the match 31-17.

Easter Sunday April 17 – Minor Singles Semi-Finals – Winner of M Wright and J Webb v B Rooke Marker T Hoy. B McClintock v Brad Bourke Marker N Knight. Major Pairs Final – A Robson and M Lawrence v A Wyburn and D Crowe.
Nominations are now called for the Major and Minor Triples as well as the Major and Minor Fours, sheets are on the notice board.
