Last week a consistency singles match was played between Brad Bourke and Ben Rooke. This was a close scoring match with Ben winning 150-140.
Last Friday night, 12 bowlers played mixed mufti bowls with the winners being Sue Rye and Tony Tuimauga and the runners up being Suzanna and Jeff Jacques.
Last Saturday the Anniversary Open Triples Day was held. The winners were the Wayne Easson’s team from Millthorpe and the runners up was the team of Teddy Lawrence, Barney Robson and Richard Fitzgerald. The semi finalists runners up were Barry Bradke’s team from Grenfell and the team of Crowy, Westy and Tony. Round winners were the team of Steve Kirkman, Jenny Middleton and Sharon Wynn, Tim Crowhurst’s team from Orange and Glen Seaton’s team from Orange.
Last Sunday the Ron Worboys Memorial Men’s 3 Bowls Pairs was held. Graeme Worboys was in attendance representing the family. The winners was the team of David Crowe and Westy Wyburn and the runners up was the team of Teddy Lawrence and Barney Robson. The semi finalists runners up were the team of Phil Lees and Tony Wilson and the team of Barry Bradke and Peter Mead from Grenfell. Round winners were the team of Harry Webb and Ben Rooke, Les Ryan’s team and the Manildra team of Troy Williams and Adam McLaughlan.
Thanks to Mandy and Star for serving up a beautiful Chinese buffet lunch on both days. Special thanks to Jenny Hoy and her helpers for serving up a beautiful high tea on the Saturday. Also thanks to everyone who assisted in some way to make this a successful tournament.

The Wednesday badge draw will be $200, Friday badge draw will be $2,200 and Sunday badge draw will be $650. Bingo will be held this Thursday at 11.30am.
