Three major fours matches were played over the long weekend. Tracy Bates (sub for Phil Jones), Barney Robson, Teddy Lawrence and Richard Fitzgerald played Leanne West, Nigel Knight, Brad Bourke and Michael Traves. Fitz’s team had a comfortable win 37-11. Ron Symons, Larry Nunn, Crock Watt and Garry Fairley played Terry Mooney, Tot Fisher, Steve Kirkman and Ian Nelder, where Ian’s team won 34-15. Pat Kennedy, Peter Taylor, Dool Beath and Roger Traves played Nick Delaney, Brent Lees, Brian McClintock and Vinnie Mirto. On the second last end the scores were level at 19 all. Dool’s team was able to score on the last end winning the game 20-19.

Sunday October 11 – O’Brien Cup- J Webb and H Webb V V Mirto and B Bourke. All games will commence at 1.00pm.
Twilight social mixed mufti bowls will commence this Friday October 9. Names in by 6.00pm for 6.30pm start. One game of 15 ends being turn around triples.
Good luck to Peter Taylor and Roger Traves who will travel to Narromine this weekend to compete in the Zone 4 open pairs.
