Thursday afternoon bowls last week were washed out, but hopefully the weather will be more favourable this Thursday at 2pm.
Friday twilight bowls continues to have great numbers, with 20 players having a great time last week. Remember to get your name in early for a 6.30pm start.
This Sunday,10th December mufti social bowls will start at 4pm. The cost is $10 per head, it is a blind draw and there will be $200 prize money on offer. After bowls will be the market night and badge draws, followed by major draws for various prizes, sourced from various local businesses. There is over $2,000 value of prizes available for lucky members to choose from. Members badge draws this week are, Wednesday $100, Friday $800 and Sunday $100. Hams continued on Friday and Sunday and there will also be two hams raffled on Wednesday night along with the badge draw.
On Saturday the Club had the honour of hosting celebrations for IGA 45 years of service for John Lawrence and Peter Watt, congratulation’s to all concerned for a great evening.
