Ray White Rural Forbes’ winning formula includes auctioning your rural property for sale. Late last year they ran their first regional online auction for the Ray White Group. Many people took the opportunity to log on to their computers, smart phones and iPads to bid or just to watch the auction being streamed live to the world.
It was a great experience to learn about how Online Auctions work by allowing anyone anywhere in the world to participate in or just observe an online auction in real time. This is the way of the future for rural auctions, enabling vendors to display their properties to a wider group of potential buyers. It was a great experience for the team at Ray White Rural Forbes and something that they will be involved in in the future as they take more properties to auction.
