Meet the Ray White Rural Team

23 March, 2016 By editor

Ray White Rural Forbes’ winning formula includes auctioning your rural property for sale. Late last year they ran their first regional online auction for the Ray White Group. Many people took the opportunity to log on to their computers, smart phones and iPads to bid or just to watch the auction being streamed live to the world.

It was a great experience to learn about how Online Auctions work by allowing anyone anywhere in the world to participate in or just observe an online auction in real time. This is the way of the future for rural auctions, enabling vendors to display their properties to a wider group of potential buyers. It was a great experience for the team at Ray White Rural Forbes and something that they will be involved in in the future as they take more properties to auction. Ian Simpson, Director said, “I’m pleased with the results we got on the day, I can see the online auctions becoming a regular feature of property sales in the future.” Ian Simpson is the Director/Principal, with many years’ experience and dedication to the real estate industry.

Listing and selling properties that are large corporate agricultural farms to family, lifestyle and hobby farms. Ian has won numerous state and national awards in recognition for his dedication, passion and success in selling rural property. Tammie Simpson is also a Director and looks after business administration and accounts, she is in the office two days a week. Their newest team member is Ned Hamilton who joins the growing team in the sales capacity. Ned returns
to Forbes after a short stint with State Water in Leeton bringing a wealth of knowledge to the team. He has first-hand experience with farm management and business development and currently holds a Stock and Station agents Licence.

Whilst most valuable to their business, Ned holds a pilot’s licence with many hours experience,
meaning that Ray White Rural has no boundaries in getting to your property, however remote. Stacey Clarke is their youngest recruit having graduated from year 12 in 2013. Stacey has completed many work experience positions among residential agents as well as stock and station agents, she has demonstrated her enthusiasm for animals and the property industry.

Stacey can be found front of house managing the day to day operations within the office, also heading up their water trading.
