The Central Tablelands Local Land Services 2017 funding and grants program is investing $1.6 million to support resilient and productive landholders, landscapes and communities, with applications now open.
On 24 July 2017, Central Tablelands Local Land Services launched the 2017/18 Investment Program. Financial Incentives will be available to landholders and community groups across the region to undertake a range of on ground and capacity building projects relating to natural resource management and sustainable agriculture.
Funding and grants are available through the following projects:
• Riparian management including gullies
• Re-vegetation
• Protection/enhancement of native vegetation including endangered communities and threatened species
• Property planning
• Enhancing groundcover on salinity discharge sites
Landholders are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the funding opportunities prior to submitting an application. Funding availability is limited with applications to be assessed on receipt until all funds are committed.
The project fact sheets are available to download from the website http://centraltablelands.lls.nsw.gov.au/ourregion/financialassistance/grants-and-funding-2017 or you can contact your local office for a copy.
