Well done to all athletes from Canowindra Little Athletics Centre who competed in the Region 3 Championships in Dubbo at the start of February.
Conditions were tough with heat wave temperatures throughout the carnival. The athletes competed in twenty-seven events across the two days taking home 3 gold, 3 silver and 6 bronze medals.
Five athletes have automatically progressed through to the LANSW State Track and Field championships to be held at Sydney Olympic Park in March.
