Last Wednesday Kim Lowe Interiors hosted a fundraising night of shopping for Canowindra Public School. The evening was a roaring success, with over 70 people pouring through the doors who travelled from Cowra, Cargo, Forbes, Parkes, Molong, Orange and of course Canowindra to attend.
We would like to thank everyone who attended, supported and contributed to this wonderful fundraiser. Kylie Lawrence for the amazing food, Melindy for the divine desserts, Anne and Mark Ward for the buttery biscuits, Kylie Wood and Tracey Gosper for supplying the shop with beautiful locally made products, Gooree Park and Canowindra Bottle Shop for the wine, Canowindra Services Club for the ice and of course Alison Stephens, Jules Fliedner and Belinda Neville for dropping off the much needed extra bits and pieces to pull it all together. Also to all the extra helpers who served food and poured drinks on the night. It’s very much appreciated and doesn’t go unnoticed!
We are always inspired by the generous people and businesses who donate and support fundraising events like this. A percentage of the night’s sales will be donated to the school to go towards the outdoor learning area.
