Dear Editor.
The more dense vegetation continuously present in any region, the more water is also present in that region. Climate is completely dependent on green and growing vegetation.
There is water present all around us in plants, animals and soil, in-ground water as well as water vapour in the passing air (atmosphere).
It is important to realise that Engineering Science and Agricultural Science applied to the land are not science, nor are they related to nature in any way. As industrial processes these ‘sciences’ are only increasing the deserts of all countries where industrial methods of land use are practiced, as in Australia, in our day.
The definition of Science is: “The study and understanding of repeatable natural phenomena”. If human thinking does not fit this simple and rigorous definition it is not science and may just be human opinion.
