Hello to all in Canowindra and district from Al and Deb Symons wishing all goes well for you.
At time of print we will be up at the Lodge of Dundee Holiday Park 100kms west of Darwin for the next few weeks, our third visit here in 5 years.
Aim to do plenty of bank fishing for reef fish, blue nose salmon and barramundi.
Not good for swimming here with crocs and sharks aplenty and with me having a 5 foot reef shark on my line 5 years ago I know they are there, so be aware is the motto.
Good to see that the rain has been falling in large parts of NSW giving some relief to many people on the land. Up this way it is very dry with temperatures in the low 30s.
Only problem so far was last week after travelling 800kms in the one day the power steering chucked a wobbly but local mechanic in Katherine got us back on the road so hoping all goes smoothly from now on.
We shall catch you all up in a few weeks time, take care all.
Regards
Al and Deb Symons.
