Dear Sir/Madam,
My husband and I visited Canowindra on June 21st as we had seen that the new bridge and walkway had been completed and were keen to view and enjoy the walk.
The structures, both walkways and the bridge is really lovely, very peaceful to walk where quite a few people both local and out of town people were enjoying the experience along with their dogs.
But we were a little concerned that with all the thought that had gone into it, with rest areas and seats there was NO toilet facilities? Could this pleased be addressed as its a long way for people to then go to the other side of the town to the park toilets, especially the aged who like us in their 70s who do so want to enjoy the facilities that Canowindra and surrounding district has to offer.
It is however so pleasing to see that some of the history is being maintained, well done.
Regards
Brenda and Anthony King
