Over the last 12 months or so I have enjoyed catching up with Canowindra News via your email publication and was thrilled to see the feature on Canowindra Butchery on ABC Landline last Sunday.
We lived in Canowindra thirty odd years ago and were neighbours and good friends of Toby and Flo Newcombe when they had the Belubula Butchery.
Over the years after we moved away we lost contact. We had been advised they had moved from Canowindra. Imagine my surprise to see someone looking like I imagine Toby would now look in the ABC Landline program.
We have many fond memories of our time in Canowindra and would love to catch up
