Letter to Editor

The Editor,

I would like to thank the Balloon Challenge Committee especially Jan and Graham Kerr for giving two charities in town, Meals on Wheels and Raising for the Read Triplet Trust, the opportunity to benefit financially from the 2017 Balloonist’s dinner held at the end of the competition.

Thank you to Gaskill Greens for donating all the wonderful produce for the dinner and Ken McNamara’s Ex-students of St Eddie’s for working on the night.

Thank you also to the wonderful people who cooked and donated all the food for the evening.
