Canowindra High School Under 14’s League Tag team.
On Tuesday 28 October, Canowindra High School’s League Tag teams travelled to Red Bend Catholic College in Forbes to compete in an NRL gala day.
The Under 14s team put in a strong effort across their matches, taking on two Red Bend teams and Condobolin High School.
The players demonstrated excellent attacking movement and solid defence, with their teamwork improving each game. Their enthusiasm and positive attitude were a highlight of the day.
The Under 17s team opened their campaign with an impressive victory over Cowra High School, displaying sharp ball skills, strong communication and determination in defence.Unfortunately for the team, rain brought the day to an early end and the girls were unable to play their remaining matches.
