Last Saturday Canowindra Services Club travelled to Grenfell and played the Grenfell Eels. Everyone played extremely well and there was a huge improvement on the field this week, with our sundries kept to a minimum. Some work needs to be done on our catching, however a much better game all round.
Canowindra Services Club came away with the win 115 to 56.
Running between wickets was much improved also.
Player of the Week was Toby Fisher for his bowling effort and leadership on the field.
The Canowindra Tyre Service team were due to play Cowra, however the field was deemed too wet by the home side. This weekend sees both teams playing in Canowindra.
