The Canowindra Carp Muster returns this Sunday 27 September and the team at Oz Fish have organised a great event with prizes and give-away’s plus a free workshop on aquatic plants happening outside the front of the Age of Fishes museum from 11am-12 noon.
There will be a free sausage sizzle sponsored by Cowra Local Land Services and you’ll be able to meet and chat to our local Headspace team who’ll be joining for the day.
The team from Mid Lachlan Landcare will also be on hand to chat about riparian health and salinity mapping as part of their Biodiversity month actions, plus there will be our town-wide litter pick which everyone is welcome to join in with.
