It’s Showtime For Cowra Machinery

18 May, 2023 By Sarah Day

New Holland shines at Agricultural Shows.

Show season has kicked off and AEH Group are geared up and ready to showcase a wide range of innovative products and agriculture equipment at your local show in the Cabonne area.

Sowing, pasture growth and management in the area were at the forefront of conversations during a wonderful sunny day at Yeoval Show, attended by Matt Cusack from McPhersons Parts and Service Parkes.

From all reports, the decent early Autumn break provided a great opportunity to sow grazing crops and capitalise on ideal conditions. Methods of sowing, including Disc vs. Tyne Seeders, was another point of discussion between our sales representative and famers with many farmers comparing methods and development from when they first started farming.

Keen show attendees had great opportunities to chat to Matt about pasture varieties, stages of growth and best management solutions. Featuring a Woods 20-inch folding Batwing Slasher at Yeoval Show, stimulated plenty of interest around the benefits of slashing old dead growth out of Phalaris pastures to encourage young growth, allowing for fresh nutritional feed for livestock.

Another feature at the show was a New Holland T6.180 tractor which drew plenty of interest due to New Holland dealerships offering great EOFY deals.

As interest rates continue to rise, increasing potential costs for both customers and businesses, AEH Group is urging farmers to take advantage of tax incentives and New Holland’s finance offers until June 2023, easing financial burdens in the long term. From a financial standpoint, it’s a good time to lock in the rates which end in June 2023, giving our customers greater certainty before the government instant asset write-off and incentives end.
