Regional Development Australia (RDA) Central West is excited to announce the launch of the Business Masterclass Program, a new initiative aimed at supporting small business owners and entrepreneurs in the Cabonne, Orange, and Blayney regions. Backed by seed funding from Newmont Cadia, this program will offer a series of practical, high-impact workshops to help local businesses build the skills needed to accelerate growth and thrive in today’s competitive landscape.
The workshops will focus on crucial areas for business development, including digital marketing, branding, financial management, business systems, farm succession planning, and more. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from experts and gain valuable insights into topics like LinkedIn profile optimization, Canva design, iPhone photography, and strategic digital marketing.
RDA Central West’s Director, Josh Gordon, highlighted that the program aims to bridge the digital skills gap for regional businesses, empowering them to improve business strategies, enhance competitiveness, and strengthen the resilience of the local community. The workshops will also provide excellent networking opportunities, allowing business owners to connect and collaborate.
