On Saturday 22nd February it was Sponsor’s Day at Canowindra Golf Club with 72 people playing in the 3 Person Ambrose event. Winners were John James, Frank Hutchins and Scott Windsor with 62 Nett 54.86. Runners up were S Osbourne, P Osbourne and B Payne with 67 nett 59.17.
N.T.P Women’s 4th/13th – Lorrae Barker, Longest Drive Women 2nd/11th – Helen Moriarty and Longest Drive Women 9th/18th – Denise Fisher.
N.T.P Men 4th/13th – Adam Rogers, Longest Drive Men 5th/14th – Chris Gosper and Longest Drive 9th/18th – Brad Payne.
On Sunday 23rd February golfers played the February Monthly Medal sponsored by Barry Rue. Winner of the day was Jeff Haley with 83 Nett 68. Runner up on a countback was Doug Flannery from Ross Noble with 78 Nett 72.
