Have you been wanting to get back your health but in a friendly, community environment. Then Angela Ellis’ boot camp is for you!
Angela has been running exercise groups for nearly nine years now, whilst being employed by Community Health. She also has her own Fitness Business that is coming up to four years. A woman with talent that caters to all ages! Ang is dedicated to tailoring workouts for teenagers through to adults for both males and females.
Men of Canowindra, Ang is calling on you! After seeing male numbers drop off Ang is on a quest to try to encourage more men in the community to be more active on a regular basis. Exercising in groups can be a great way to get you back into fitness or it could be the perfect way to start. The social aspect of being in a group can make it all the more enjoyable. If you work in solitude mostly and don’t have the opportunity to interact often with others in your working week, than group exercise is for you as it can be a great way to break up the monotony. This also helps you to tackle physical and mental health without you even having to think about it.
Angela is adding two extra groups in term 2. Currently the groups are Wednesday nights at 6pm and 7pm. Additionally there will be a Wednesday morning at 6am and Friday morning at 6am. Groups are of moderate to high intensity level. There is a mix of cardio, strength and core work in every class.
To sign up for term 2 come along to the Moorbel Hall on Auxiliary St. Moorbel from 5 – 6pm Wednesday 5th April. Or call Ang today on her mobile: 0428 165 905
