Tony Warn, publican of the Canowindra Hotel, has issued a challenge to other licensed venues in town after reading about the much needed Ultrasound machine for Canowindra Hospital. Tony felt compelled to act after reading the article last week, ‘Help Ultrasound Dream Become Reality’, in which Kerby Lawrence set up a gofundme page calling for donations. “I felt it was something I could do to help the community” he said, “If the local venues with on/off liquor licenses each put $500 into the fundraising we would be one step closer to helping to get the machine.
