Free Blue Healers Coping Skills Class In Eugowra

26 February, 2025 By Canowindra Phoenix Editor

Discover practical strategies and gain valuable support to navigate the challenges of stress, anxiety, and depressive moods at a free Blue Healers Coping Skills Class to be held in Eugowra on Monday 24 March from 10am – 2pm.

Presented by the National Association for Loss and Grief (NALAG), this educational session is designed to empower participants with the knowledge and tools to help themselves or better understand and support others.

Whether you’re seeking personal growth or looking to enhance your ability to assist those around you, this class offers a wealth of practical insights.

This is an educational opportunity, not a therapy or support group, so be ready to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Don’t miss this chance to invest in your mental well-being and that of your loved ones.

Participants will be given fantastic resources and giveaways to take home including the Blue Healers Eating for Happiness Cookbook, That’s the Spirit Book, coffee mug and more.

The seminar is free to attend, with morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea also included.

Register your interest via the NALAG website nalag.org.au/bluehealers, by calling the NALAG Centre on 6882 9222 or via email: info@nalag.org.au.

This workshop is brought being delivered with the assistance of the Community Wellbeing Grants – NSW Mental Health and Wellbeing Flood and Disaster Recovery.
