Congratulations to Lachlan Watson and Lucy Elliott of Ngunnawal, ACT who got engaged last weekend at Culburra Beach on the south coast.
Lucy is the eldest daughter of David and Christina Rice and Lachlan is the son of Peter and Jennifer Watson, all from Canowindra.
