On Tuesday primary students from Canowindra Public School and St Edward’s Primary School were invited to the CWA Hall in Canowindra to find out the winners of the CWA International Competition for Schools.
This year there were over 170 entries from students at Canowindra Public School, St Edward’s Primary School and Cargo Public School. The country of study this year was
Papua New Guinea. Celia Klinger from the
CWA Canowindra Branch said “It was very difficult to judge this year with so many entries. A number of CWA members came in last Saturday to judge the best entries from each section”.
