Charlie McCarron Properties Sold At Auction

14 November, 2018 By editor

Ray White Cowra were the agents of the hour in Canowindra last weekend with the pleasure of assisting with the end of the Charlie McCarron era having conducted two successful auctions held in Canowindra. An excellent result was achieved exceeding the reserve price on both properties, 29 Gaskill Street and 13 Winton Street. Ray White were very pleased to have a great turn out with multiple bidders and onlookers in attendance getting a real feel for the auction process and the setup behind it.

The auctioned properties belonged to the late Charlie McCarron of Canowindra who had been an icon in the area for more than 50 years. Charlie was well known across the country for his passion for Holden’s, not only for selling them but collecting them as well with having one of the largest collections in Australia. In October 2016, Charlie sold off his collection to buyers all over the world. Charlie will be remembered as one of Canowindra’s finest and most respected citizens.

Ray White Cowra holds a reputation of providing an experienced, trusted and professional real estate service and Sales Executives Ross Sharkey and Katie McVicar have the experience and knowledge to achieve the best results for their clients with a diverse range of properties currently on offer to buyers looking for their new home.

The sale of these properties in Canowindra and other recent sales in the area have created a strong continuing demand as we move into summer which has proven to be one of the best seasons to market your home for sale. Whether you are buying, selling or renting properties, you’ll find that Ray White Cowra will exceed your expectations and support you through every step of your real estate journey. If you’re considering selling and would like to take advantage of the current market conditions, simply call Ray White Cowra on 02 6341 1311 to discuss your options.
