Another great weekend of competition was had by the Central West Throwers with the Open and Under 23s NSW Championships and the ACT Under 14s to under 18s Championships NSW Opens and Under 23s.
Damian Wells came 4th in the Open Hammer with 50.31m with a Personal Best.
Kirra Lockett came 1st in the Discuss Para Ambulant 28.38 which is 74% of the world record. Samantha Pearce came 2nd in the Open Discuss with a throw of 47.35m which is a Season Best. Zoe Daniels came in 5th with a Personal Best of 42.75m. Ashliegh McInerney came in 12th in the Open Hammer. Lilly Hewett Under 23s came 3rd in Shot Put and 3rd in hammer.
On Sunday in the ACT, Under 14s to under 18s Keily Whatman came in 5th in the Under 15s Hammer, Emily Thomas came 2nd in the Under 17s Hammer with 42.17m and Zoe Daniels came in 1st in the Under 18s Discuss 43.33m and a Personal Best.
