It’s an exciting and busy time for Coach Ernie Shankelton and his Central West Throwers athletes! The team flew to Perth earlier this week for the Australian National Championships. The six juniors will be competing in their events from 4-8 April.Then from 10 – 11 April the Open throwers, including Ernie’s five athletes in the Hammer Throw, begin their competition. A big thanks to Coach Ernie for his hard work and dedication to help his athletes perform at their best. Wishing everyone the best of luck in Perth!
