Antonio D’Onise, President of the Canowindra Business Chamber and Progress Association (CBCPA) is proud to announce the reactivation of the association’s website. The website’s primary purpose is to keep the community up-to-date with the Canowindra Master Plan developments.
The CBCPA will keep information current with a range of useful information including Business NSW resources and current COVID-Safe public health orders for interested businesses, associations and clubs of Canowindra. For this information head to www.canowindrabusinesschamber.org.au.
New developments will include a community calendar which will allow all groups to list their event via the website. “The community and our members have been requesting a calendar for some time and we are pleased that we can now offer this,” said Mr D’Onise.
The CBCPA invite local clubs or associations to submit their upcoming events so they can be added to the online calendar.
At this month’s meeting the CBCPA outlined the benefits of becoming a member of the association for small businesses in Canowindra with annual fees to join $70.
The CBCPA are excited to move ahead and advance Canowindra into the future. The association is a voice and a link for Canowindra businesses and Canowindra associations and clubs back to Cabonne Council.
The CBCPA are also planning the annual Christmas Shopping event at the moment, with a sub-committee taking charge to increase the spend at local shops.
“Our AGM will be held on Wednesday 21st October at Canowindra Services Club from 6.00pm. I would love to see as many of our community get involved and extend a warm welcome for everyone to attend,” invited Mr D’Onise.
