Canowindra Women’s Bowls

Eight of the Canowindra bowlers have competed in the No. 4 Pennant team against Parkes. The players were Jenny Middleton, Gwen Haydon, Libby Balcombe, Christine Pickard, Betty Jenkins, Sandy McDonald, Dianne Mooney and Jeanette Wheeldon.

Two games of social pairs were played on Tuesday 2nd August. Joice McNaught and Daph Bryant defeated Joyce Middleton and Nancy Morrow 21-11. Marion Wilson and Sharon Wynn defeated Joyce Boland and Cristy Wyburn 20-6.
