CWA members are ready to welcome you to their next friendship morning tea, craft afternoon or to volunteer.
We have had a busy month, catering Marion Wilson’s farewell and the Hospital Auxiliary lunch. Our girls do an amazing job, thank you to everyone who helped with both of those functions.
Our friendship morning tea is coming up on Easter Monday. It is always a enjoyable time. We do welcome any Canowindra residents to come along to the CWA Hall and meet new people, enjoy a cuppa and some of our home-made treats.
The Saturday morning of the Balloon Challenge “All Day Breakfast” will be available at the Hall until 2pm. Dining will be in the hall or Al Fresco in the garden, so bring some friends, enjoy the street parade and tuck into some delicious food.
Crafternoon is held on the last Sunday of the month in the afternoon. If you have one of those pesky craft or sewing items that you just can’t get finished, then this is for you. Or you are welcome to come along and learn a new skill too.
Save the date for October 28th when CWA will be coordinating a fun Family Open Garden Day at Noojee Lea, with many thanks to Charles and Eva Curran for opening their beautiful property.
