MEN’S BOWLS
Last Saturday the major triples final was played with Matt Cramp (sub), Cyril and Bruce Webb against Pat Kennedy, Barney Robson
and Matthew Lawrence. Matthew’s team won final score 31-21. Last Sunday our club hosted the Champion of Champions pairs.
In the final Peter Taylor and Roger Traves played Andrew Armstrong and Brad Bradtke from Grenfell. Andrew and Brad were always in control of the game winning the final 22-15.

WOMEN’S BOWLS
Results of four matches played on Tuesday 1st August. ROSE BOWL HANDICAP SINGLES – 2nd round: Leanne Stevenson defeated Jean Roth 25-19. Jo Davies defeated Christine Pickard 26-18. Ellen Petty defeated Jeanette Wheeldon 25-21. Gwen Haydon defeated Marion Wilson 25-13. Thanks to the markers Nancy Morrow, Jill Messenger, Deanna Noble & Daph Bryant.
There were two games of social triples played. Joyce Middleton, Moyna Rue & Radka Tatterson defeated Joice McNaught, Linda Miller & Sandy McDonald 18-9. Pauline Carroll, Diane Slattery & Betty Jenkins defeated Jenny Daley, Bobbie Turner & Dianne Mooney.
