Everyone needs to get out of the house, whether you are seeking a quiet asylum by yourself or wanting to take your friends out for coffee, or simply want to get the kids out of the house and shout them a milkshake – there are plenty of choices! Don’t let this cold weather stop you from having a catch up with the girls, friends or family! Café Latte is mixing it up with new theme nights, Simply Nile has a warm spot out of the winter chill and busy streets and the Gardens Table in Canowindra is offering take away dinners for your convenience!

Café Latte’s New Theme Nights – Café Latte has introduced theme nights, the first one of which was held in May. This was a Mexican themed night featuring traditional Mexican food and Owner Aaron Wright commented, “It was an ‘awesome’ night and everyone had a great time”. The theme for June is the Godfather Italian theme night to be held on Saturday the 21st June. It will cost $55 per person which includes three courses, tea/coffee and a complimentary drink and entertainment.

“The first theme night was a huge success and we will continue to run them on the third Saturday of each month”.

To book please phone Café Latte on 6363 1855. Bookings essential.

Simply Nile – Even with the cooler weather Simply Nile is a delightful place to go for a quiet lunch as it is located away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Orange streets. Frank has let us know that the whole courtyard is heated, so the Orange winter chill will not be an issue whilst enjoying one of his menu specials; risotto, crispy battered fish, freshly made soup and delicious chocolate mousse cake with hazelnuts – Yum!

Garden’s Table – Trying To Be Good? The Garden’s Table is now offering guilt free takeaway dinners that won’t blow up your calorie intake but will fill your stomach and satisfy your taste buds. We all have those lazy nights where we get home from a long day’s work and couldn’t be bothered cooking. So we usually heat something up, something that isn’t on our healthy list. The Garden’s Table offers organic and healthy meals that are also available as gluten free. The menu consists of a real Italian Spaghetti Bolognese, Lasagne, Carbonara, Pumpkin Soup, Pea & Ham Soup as well as whole Quiches and pre-ordered cakes for special occasions. Trading hours are 8.30am – 4pm. So make sure the orders are in before 4pm.
