The friendly and professional home care staff at Cowra Retirement Village – Bilyara have been assisting older people to remain in their own homes since 2004.
Bilyara Home Care provides Home Care Packages level 1 to 4 as well as a full range of services on a fee for service basis. Home Care Packages are allocated to the consumer and you are able to change providers whenever you wish. Bilyara Home Care do not charge any exit fees for people who have been customers for twelve months or more.
When a consumer chooses to move their services to Bilyara Home Care they will be reimbursed any exit fee they were charged by their former provider.
A wide range of services are provided to both Home Care Package recipients and Fee for Service clients to support them living a full and productive life in their own homes and in their communities. Services include domestic assistance such as cleaning and garden maintenance in addition to personal care assistance with showering and dressing, transport, shopping, podiatry, pain management, mobility aids and many other health related services and products.
The Cowra Retirement Village understand that the Aged Care system can be confusing and hard to navigate. The Cowra Retirement Village Care Coordinator, Jolanda, is happy to come to your home and talk you through the process as well as make the necessary referrals.
Bilyara Home Care employ only local staff with qualifications in Aged or Community Care, have valid first aid certificates and attend regular education sessions. Regular police checks are also obtained. The staff are dedicated to their work and take great pride in the services they provide.
