Central West Throwers are attending the All Schools NSW Athletic Championships in Homebush this week. Canowindra is well represented with Emily Thomas competing in Discuss, Shot Put and Hammer Throw and Lachie Rice and Alex Rice competing in Discuss and Hammer Throw. Cowra’s Ky Garratt threw a 69.30m, 5kg Hammer and has broken the 22 year old All Schools NSW record.
