National Landcare Week will be celebrated from 5th – 11th August.
Join Mid Lachlan Landcare to celebrate National Landcare week and head out for a mystery bus tour around the local area, calling past a number of Landcare sites showcasing the work that’s been done and the impact it’s having on our environment.
Celebrate the great work occurring in our region, be inspired, and enjoy the company of like minded people. It will also be a great opportunity to chat with Mid Lachlan Landcare team members about projects you might have in mind at your place.
The meeting point will be the Mid Lachlan Landcare pop-up store in Cowra for Landcare Week, at the vacant store next to NRMA located at 103 Kendal St. Please arrive at 12pm to jump on the bus and head off on the tour, which will conclude at 2.30pm.
If you can’t make the tour feel free to drop in anytime to the Landcare pop-up store and meet the team. Staff will be on hand to listen to your Landcare related memories, answer your questions and fill you in on the latest opportunities for our region.
The pop-up store will be open Monday 5th to Friday 9th August at the following times:
• Monday 5th: 10am to 4pm
• Tuesday 6th: 10am – 4pm
• Wednesday 7th: 9am – 3pm
• Thursday 8th: 9.30am to 4pm
