The newly opened real estate agency, Ian Simpson and Co Canowindra has got off to a flying start for 2018 with their first house being sold on Friday 2nd February. The Real Estate office opened at 80 Gaskill Street, Canowindra, just opposite Montrose House on Wednesday of last week and the response from the local community has been fantastic, with people saying how great it is to have an open real estate office in the main street.
Ian Simpson and Co have offices in Forbes and Condobolin, and now Canowindra. Headed up by Principal Ian Simpson, with over 10 years in real estate, the local office is managed by Cheryl Newsom, one of the local Councillors.
