How long have you lived in Canowindra?
I grew up here from the age of 8, I lived in Sydney before that.
What do you enjoy about living in this area? I love the landscape, the people, the sky!
Where do you work? At Delice Coffee
Have you always had a passion for coffee?
Yes, I roasted coffee for myself for ten years on a tiny coffee roaster that I built. I was also trained by famous Sydney barista, Richard Calabro. When we moved back to Canowindra two years ago I saw the Old Green Shed and thought it was a fantastic opportunity to combine my love of coffee with a café. My wife Kylie and I have put everything into it.
What do you like to do in your spare time? Flying balloons and spending time with my family.
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be? New York. It’s an amazing place, the home of jazz.
How do you like your coffee? A good shot from my own roasted beans.
How do you like to start your day? An espresso and a prayer to God thanking him for how good this place is!
