The first half of the Little A’s 2013/2014 season wrapped up last Thursday with the Christmas Party being hosted at the Canowindra Services Club. The children enjoyed a sausage sizzle and a visit from Santa whilst the parents watched on.
The committee would like to extend a massive thank you to Johnny from IGA for supplying and cooking the BBQ and the Services Club for hosting the party.
It is very evident that Johnny is one of the biggest supporters of our local businesses and organisations in Canowindra, and we cannot thank him enough for the support and donations he has given all of us this year.
Johnny donates to many charities and causes around the town and for that we are very thankful. It’s nice to have such a generous and giving person in the community and we are very sure all the local people and businesses would agree that he is irreplaceable!
Huge thanks to all the parents and coaches for a great first half to the season and the athletes for all the amazing efforts.
The zone championships are at Lithgow on the 1st of February with Little A’s training season resuming on the 6th of February.
From everyone on the committee that has been involved, we wish you all a happy, safe and joyous Christmas and an even better New Year.
