The Canowindra Tigresses were a huge pack on the weekend with 18 players. With a quick first half the Tigresses defence managed to keep the Eugowra girls wide, but it wasn’t strong enough to keep them out. Eugowra had 20 points on the board by half time and even though Canowindra demonstrated some great attacking sets, they were not able to score before half time.
The Tigresses dominated in the second half of the match, but only one try was scored in that time. Everyone gave 100% in the second half but unfortunately the girls couldn’t get the points. Player’s player went to Hayley White and Alicia Earsman.
