Last year Ian Simpson and his team at Ray White Rural managed to bag a national award for their successful marketing campaigns at the Ray White Corporate Awards ceremony held in Sydney. This year Ian Simpson, Principal of Ray White Rural Forbes believes “2015 is going to be equally as busy and successful”. They have some fresh faces joining their enthusiastic team who will be working hard toward selling properties.
Stacey Clarke has worked in the Ray White Rural office for a year after completing many work experience positions among residential agents as well as stock and station agents in the surrounding district. Stacey has demonstrated her enthusiasm for livestock and the rural industry. Stacey manages the day to day operations of the office and has taken over the role of water sales specialist.

Ned Hamilton joins the growing team, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to his sales role. Ned has returned to Forbes after a short stint with State Water in Leeton. He has firsthand experience with farm management, business development and currently holds a Real Estate and Stock and Station Agents Licence. Most valuable to Ray White Rural’s future prospects is his pilot’s licence and his aircraft, leaving no boundaries in getting to your property, however remote.
Lisa Glasson has also joined the busy team to assist Ian and Ned with development, marketing and office management. Lisa has extensive business skills and a passion for the rural industry which will contribute to the team’s success. She is an active member of the community and is looking forward to assisting with the buying and selling of your property.

Ray White Rural Forbes, situated at 88A Lachlan Street, services the entire Central West, Lachlan Valley and Western Division and has a proven track record of sales throughout. Backed by Australia’s largest rural property franchise, you can be confident there is no better team to sell your rural property.
