Attendees were blessed by wonderful weather at the Swimming Carnival last Friday. A huge thank you s owed to the parents who gave up their time to volunteer for a job. Your expertise and help made the staffs jobs so much easier. Thanks to Canowindra Swimming Club for the use of their equipment and to Jarrod and Lisa for a great day at the pool. There were 24 records broken for the day. Records were broken by Claire Wright, Mitchell Cartwright, Bella Gordon, Lachie Reid, Eden Hawker, Mick Coady, Kaelyn Coker, Eli Reid, Kyra Fisher, Ned Andrew, Josie Mitchell, Luke Wheeler, Jackson Reeves, Nangar in junior girls relay and Lachlan in the senior boys relay. Congratulations to all record breakers. This year Canowindra Public are hosting the Cowra District Carnival at Canowindra. This will be held on Friday 20th February from 9am -3pm.
