Julia had a great day at the Junior Tennis Comp last Friday scoring 6 games with Harry and Claire not far behind on 5 games. Jess and Lara had a great singles match and tied 1-1.
In the Orange Comp Eden and Daniel both served an impressive game, tying 1-1. 5 weeks into the Comp the ladder is very close. In the green section, Harry and Claire are leading on 14 points, followed by Hudson and Julia on 12, Jess and Will on 10 and Lara on 8. The Orange Section leaders are Eden on 8, Daniel on 6 and Victoria on 5.
A cardio fitness challenge is taking place this term with the winner to receive a new racquet. A big point scoring week was haled last Friday which saw Lisa emerge as the new leader but scores are very close and with 5 weeks to go the racquet is still anyone’s to win.
