Dear Editor,
I’d just like to give a big “thumbs up” to our long time local artist Stella Henry for winning the Vest Local Artist and Best Artist Overall awards. Stella has always sketched and painted all her life, many locals have one of her paintings (for the pricey sum of $30 including the frame) Our family has a painting done by Stella of our old farm, which we will always treasure. Congratulations Stella you are a very talented lady and well respected by many of our generation. Cheers to the quiet achiever!
