Delivered by the Australian Centre for Regional Events and launching soon, the Regional Event Skills Boost Program contains eight short eLearning modules, designed to empower event organisers to elevate their event through best-practice event management.
Delivered with practical templates, guided eLearning and support from regional event specialists, the program is ideal for destination events or community events with a clear vision to attract visitors and become a destination event.
Participants will develop documentation and tools they can apply directly to their event, including planning, operations, governance, marketing, visitor experience and succession planning resources. A secondary benefit is that this stronger documentation can also help events prepare more competitive applications for the Destination NSW Regional Event Fund and other grant funding programs.
