The Major triples is now at the final stage with Phil, Brent Lees and Jamie Grant to play Barney Robson, Mathew Lawrence and Steve Fisher at a time to be decided.
In the semifinal, Mathew Lawrence, Barney Robson and Steve Fisher had a very good win over Jamie Stewart, Greg Chester and Marc Stevens. The score in the end, to most may have looked to have been a one sided affair, but Marc’s team fought bravely through out the match.
The consistency closes soon so hopefully you have your name down as games will be drawn straight away.
Next Sunday at 2 pm Lisa and Keith Jones play Marc Stevens and Jamie Stewart in an O’Brien Cup match.
Thursday social bowls will be played on Thursday at 2pm.
