A New Face For Aged Care Comes To Canowindra

12 August, 2026 By Canowindra Phoenix Editor

Canowindra Care Network, Jacquie Dredge has partnered with Trilogy Care to bring Support at Home services to Canowindra.

Jacquie first came to Canowindra to take on the Coordinator role at the Canowindra Connections Centre in 2023. In 2024, Canowindra Connections was awarded “Community Group of the Year” and in 2026 Jacquie was awarded Citizen of the Year at the Cabonne Australia Day Awards.

Jacquie is passionate about all things local and community-based. “When you’ve got locals you can trust in your corner, care feels empowering. The ultimate goal is to help you stay independent,” said Jacquie.

Support at Home is a “package” of government funds allocated to older Australians to get the support they need, so they can keep living independently at home.

“If you or someone you care about needs support with things like personal care, domestic assistance, transport, or social support, I can help you find out what’s available.

“No referral. No pressure. Just a “no fluff”, friendly conversation.

“This is about choice and connection.

Nobody should have to leave the community they’ve spent their whole life in just to get the help they need. I want you to have the support that’s as individual as you are,” said Jacquie.

If you would like to find out more about Support at Home services you can call Jacquie to organise a free in-person chat about aged care support at home. Jacquie Dredge, Community Managed Coordinator 0439 187 109, or email canowindracarenetwork@proton.me
